Welcome to XModSkin ("we", "our", or "the app"), developed and operated by Quanh1 XNext. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the XModSkin application on Android devices.

By downloading or using XModSkin, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.

XModSkin does not require account registration and does not collect personally identifiable information directly. However, certain data may be collected automatically:

• Device information — device model, Android version, and screen resolution, used for compatibility and crash diagnostics.
• Usage data — which features are used (e.g., Basic Mod, Map Mod), session duration, and in-app navigation events. This data is anonymous and aggregated.
• Crash reports — stack traces and error logs to help us identify and fix bugs.
• Advertising data — collected by our ad partners (see Section 4 below) to serve relevant ads.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any game account credentials.

The information collected is used solely for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and improve the app's performance and stability.
• To diagnose technical issues and fix bugs via crash reports.
• To understand feature usage patterns and prioritize new development.
• To display advertisements through our ad network partners.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to any third party for their marketing purposes.

XModSkin is free to use and is supported by advertisements. We use Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect and use data to show personalized or non-personalized ads based on your device settings and consent.

AdMob may collect:

• Advertising ID (GAID) for ad targeting and frequency capping.
• IP address (used to infer general location for regional ad delivery).
• App interaction events related to ad display and clicks.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time via your device settings:

XModSkin stores only minimal local data on your device (such as user preferences and mod settings) using Android's SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device except through the ad and analytics SDKs described above.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect any data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

XModSkin is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
